Declaration Of Independence
It says at the end that all characters portrayed are fictional etc., so it seems this Jake Bartosh story is not a factual event. It does remind us that maybe we should read the Declaration, as most of us are not familiar with more than a few lines of it.
"Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government."
Among the complaints against the king:
"He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power."
How many of the original signers would be calling for revolution if they were alive now?
DuPont made and still makes many household products, probably under different company names now, so it's not surprising that they sponsored TV shows.

Cute story. Wraps up nicely.
Kevin McCarthy stars, probably right around the time he made Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Interesting that a chemical company would sponsor a TV show. You would never see that today. An ode to patriotism from a simpler time.
